Who are the Collier Fun Flyers?
The Collier County Fun Flyers is a club made up of radio control model airplane enthusiasts. Our flying field is at the rear of the Collier County Fair Grounds, in Naples, Fl. We have members who will give you advice on building your model and instructors who will help you learn to fly it.

Most members fly wing-airplane on Mon, Wed, and Friday and perhaps a few helicoptors on Saturdays in daylight hours. Mornings are favored because of more favorable flying condition. As a courtesy to our neighbors, all large gas and glow fuel powered airplanes and helicoptors only fly after 9 am.

The club follows AMA's (Academy of Model Aeronautics) flying field safety rules.
Use of, and any flying on, our site for any model aeronautics require membership in both AMA and our Club. If you are in possession of the current AMA membership card, a call to the officers listed in "Officers and Instructors" is all it takes to arrange a convenient time for you to visit the site and get yourself enrolled.

Directions to the flying field: Exit 111 off I-75, Immokalee Road-eastbound. Go east 10.8 miles and turn right at the Collier County State Fairgrounds entrance. Continue 0.4 mile through gate at the end of the road. You’ll see us.

Collier Fun Flyers is NOT responsible for anything you might stumble over on this site. Honest. We're not.
